Hi, I’m Riley.

I am so glad you’re here.

I am a mother to two toddlers, a wife of almost 5 years and I reside in beautiful Middle Tennessee.

I am a creator, passionate about sharing truth & empowering women to own their stories, take hold of their health & God-given gifts.

This is reflected in all of my projects you can find on this website, formerly, rileyq.com.

Over at Further + Free you can find my Virtual Assistant and Web Design business that I own and have run for 5 years.

You can listen to my past musical and podcast endeavors: Riley Q Music or The Solidarity Podcast where I shared a lot of my story.

I am excited to introduce my newest project:

The In-Between Mama Podcast and Peace + Home: a Blog. These two spaces are where I will primarily be hanging out and sharing this season of my life. I am walking in recovery, seeking God in Spirit and Truth, working on whole-body wellness and I am sharing it all with you. I invite you to come along. ♡

July of 2018 I moved to Nashville from the metro-Detroit area to pursue my music career. Only a month later I met my husband Dustin and 8 months later we were married. Over the course of our 1st year of marriage we experienced 2 early miscarriages & then we were blessed with our rainbow baby boy, Hayden James on November 29th, 2020. His brother, Holden William Trace followed on October 1st, 2022.

I enjoy quiet coffee time with Jesus, writing, listening to classic country music, Friends, You’ve Got Mail, the entirety of the Autumn season, good Italian Food *cough, Mama Mila’s in Columbia, TN, cough* and all things sourdough, homemaking, homebirthing and just generally, staying home.
